Organization

The team adheres to the following organization security practices:

• Every member of the team uses strong, randomly-generated passwords, managed through a password manager.
• Every member of the team uses multi-factor authentication and hardware security keys to access internal systems.
• Production data is never copied to personal devices.

Data

The content of every page in the application, including hosted career sites, is transmitted over connections secured with TLS 1.3.

Application data is encrypted at rest. The application database uses highly available architecture and is kept up-to-date with security fixes through a managed database service.

All files uploaded to the service are stored in an encrypted manner.

Infrastructure

Fill the Role is hosted on services offered by Fly.io and Amazon Web Services, predominantly in the us-east-1 region.
